EgzaBaza Terms of Service

§1 Definitions

Platform — the EgzaBaza SaaS software for creating and running online exams.

Trainer — a registered user who creates exams, sessions, and invitations.

Examinee — a person invited to take an exam via a link or access token.

Attempt — a single exam sitting billed according to the pricing plan or account balance.

§2 Acceptable use

You may not use the Platform unlawfully, to infringe third-party rights, or to distribute harmful content inconsistent with the purpose of the service.

§3 Account registration

You must provide accurate information and a valid email. You are responsible for protecting your credentials. We may suspend accounts in case of abuse or security risk.

§4 Payments

Fees may be processed via a payment provider (e.g. Stripe). Prices and billing terms are shown in the dashboard. Unpaid balances may result in restricted access to paid features.

§5 Responsibilities

The trainer is responsible for exam content and regulatory compliance in their industry. We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, including maintenance windows.

§6 Liability

Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable mandatory law. We are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits arising from exam results alone.

§7 Complaints

Contact support@egzabaza.pl. We will respond within 14 days where feasible.

§8 Final provisions

We may update these terms for legal or product reasons and will notify you in advance for material changes. Draft for legal review.
